Abstract (en)
The boiler consists of a water-bearing housing (4), in which a combustion chamber (3) with at least one transition chamber (3'') is arranged, out from which a number of heating gas pipes (1) are conducted to a smoke gas collecting chamber (12) with a take-off connection pipe (11). The diameter of the heating gas pipes (1) is 7-16 cm, preferably 9-13 cm. The heating gas pipes (1) have on the inside transfer surface enlargements (2) in the form of radially oriented, straight-running or helically wound longitudinal ribbings (2'), the heating gas pipes (1) being arranged around or partially around and above or above the combustion chamber (3). By means of this design, the number of heating gas pipes (1) is reduced by 20 to 25% in relation to a boiler of the same capacity and thus the outlay in terms of manufacturing and welding work for such boilers is reduced. <IMAGE>

Der Heizungskessel besteht aus einem wasserführenden Gehäuse (4), in dem eine Brennkammer (3) mit mindestens einem Überleitungsraum (3") angeordnet ist, von dem aus mehrere Heizgaszugrohre (1) zu einer Rauchgassammelkammer (12) mit Abzugsanschlußstutzen (11) geführt sind. Der Durchmesser der Heizgaszugrohre (1) beträgt 7 - 16 cm, vorzugsweise 9 - 13 cm. die Heizgaszugrohre (1) weisen innen Übertragungsflächenvergrößerungen (2) in Form von radial orientierten, sich gerade erstreckenden oder schraubenlinienförmig verwundenen Längsverrippungen (2') auf, wobei die Heizgaszugrohre (1) um oder teilweise um und über oder über der Brennkammer (3) angeordnet sind. Durch diese Ausbildung wird die Anzahl der Heizgaszugrohre (1) im Vergleich zu einem Heizungskessel gleicher Leistungsgröße um 20 bis 25 % und damit der Fertigungs- und Schweißarbeitsaufwand für derartige Kessel reduziert.
