Abstract (en)

[origin: US4881872A] In steam turbines operated with nozzle group control (3) in part load operation, a swirl cascade (4) is fitted downstream of the control wheel (2) in the flow direction. The partial flows emerging from the control wheel (2) are provided with a distinct swirl in the swirl cascade (4) and released into the transfer duct (9). The full admission reaction blading (7, 8) of the turbine is located at the end of this transfer duct, the flow being directly admitted to a first rotor blade row (7).

Abstract (de)

Bei Dampfturbinen, die mit Teillastbetrieb mit Düsengruppenregelung (3) betrieben werden, wird in Strömungsrichtung dem Regelrad (2) ein Drallgitter (4) nachgeschaltet. Die aus dem Regelrad (2) austretenden Teilströme werden im Drallgitter (4) mit einem deutlichen Drall versetzt und in den Ueberströmkanal (9) entlassen. Am Ende desselben befindet sich die vollbeaufschlagte Reaktionsbeschaufelung (7, 8) der Turbine, wobei die Strömung direkt eine erste Laufschaufelreihe (7) beaufschlagt.
