[origin: EP0297419A2] The invention relates to a window operator for flap windows, which consists of setting-out arms connected to one another in an articulated manner at one point. The articulation on the frame and wing is obtained by means of two fastening blocks, with swivel joints interposed. The setting-out arm, wing swivel joint, frame swivel joint and frame block are so designed that the window operator is pivotable out of the closed position in both directions into the position parallel to the frame.
