In a coping for walls (2), consisting essentially of bent or extruded flat profile sections (18-20) and angled holders (8) for these profile sections, which can be attached with mutual spacings to the masonry, the profile sections consist, in turn, of separate first (18) and second (20) parts, the former to be attached substantially horizontally and the latter substantially vertically, which engage in one another via interfitting bent portions (22, 24), whereas the holders (8) have two legs (10, 12) which substantially follow the profile of the profile sections and engage in bent portions (14, 16) at the outer edges of the two types of profile-section parts (18, 20). By separating the two profile-section parts, it is possible to mount them in a manner simple per se and in doing so to arrange them offset, thereby substantially preventing dirty water blown sidewards by the wind from reaching the side of the vertical profile-section parts. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Kopfabdeckung für Mauern (2), die im wesentlichen aus gebogenen oder extrudierten flächigen Profilabschnitten (18-20) sowie mit gegenseitigen Abständen auf dem Mauerwerk anbringbaren, abgewinkelten Haltern (8) für diese Profilabschnitte besteht, bestehen die Profilabschnitte wiederum aus getrennten, im wesentlichen waagerecht anzubringenden ersten (18) und im wesentlichen senkrecht anzubringenden zweiten Teilen (20), die über ineinanderpassende Abkröpfungen (22, 24) ineinandergreifen, während die Halter (8), im wesentlichen dem Profil der Profilabschnitte folgend, zwei Schenkel (10, 12) aufweisen, die in Abkröpfungen (14, 16) an den äußeren Rändern der zweierlei Profilabschnitteile (18, 20) eingreifen. Durch die Trennung der beiden Profilabschnittteile können diese in einfacher Weise für sich montiert und dabei versetzt angeordnet werden, wodurch vom Wind seitwärts verblasenes Schmutzwasser im wesentlichen daran gehindert ist, auf die Seite der senkrechten Profilabschnitteile zu gelangen.
