Apart from the structure, the carriage has a standing surface 6 for receiving a container 6 which, when the lid is swivelled, is both mechanically fixed and also closed in a sealed manner. The motor/fan assembly 9 is arranged in the structure and connected to the lid in such a way that, when the lid is swivelled up, the suction line 10, 12 is interrupted.
