[origin: WO8900372A1] A membrane for a loudspeaker is designed so as to facilitate manufacture and to improve the tone of the loudspeaker. The membrane consists of a first plastic film (5a) which serves to retain the shape and a second plastic film (56) laminated to the first film which serves to damper partial oscillations. The membrane is particularly suitable as a conical membrane for a loudspeaker for a television receiver.

Eine Membran für einen Lautsprecher soll so ausgebildet werden, daß die Herstellung vereinfacht und der Klang des Lautsprechers verbessert wird. Die Membran (5) besteht aus einer ersten, zur Formstabilisierung dienenden Kunststoffolie (5a) und einer darauf kaschierten zweiten, zu Bedämpfung von Partialschwingungen dienenden Kunststoffolie (5b). Insbesondere für eine Konusmembran für einen Lautsprecher für einen Fernsehempfänger.
