The invention relates to a metering pump with a slot-controlled rotary piston (14) which is moved by way of an accompanying hub (3). The centre point of the carrier ball joint (4) fixed to the hub (3) and arranged outside the axis of rotation lies in the hole of the freely revolving disc cam (5) enclosing an angle with the axis of rotation of the hub (3). The freely running disc cam (5) is arranged inside a setting disc (6), by means of which the angle enclosed with the axis of the hub (3) can be modified. A pivotally connected nut (9) and an axially adjustable screw spindle (10) provided with a thread serve for modifying the angle of inclination of the setting disc (6). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dosierpumpe mit einem schlitzgesteuerten Drehkolben (14), der über eine sich mitbewegende Nabe (3) bewegt wird. Der Mittelpunkt des an der Nabe (3) befestigten und außerhalb der Drehachse angeordneten Mitnehmerkugelgelenks (4) liegt in der Bohrung der mit der Drehachse der Nabe (3) einen Winkel einschließenden, frei umlaufenden Steuerscheibe (5). Die freilaufende Steuerscheibe (5) ist im Inneren einer Stellscheibe (6) angeordnet, wobei der mit der Achse der Nabe (3) eingeschlossene Winkel geändert werden kann. Zur Änderung des Neigungswinkels der Stellscheibe (6) dienen eine gelenkig angeschlossene Mutter (9) und eine axial verstellbare mit einem Gewinde versehene Schraubenspindel (10).
