[origin: JPS6417807A] PURPOSE: To easily, rapidly and economically manufacturing a heat exchange block by piercing a pin into a cut part of a half-split ring, passing the pin through a hollow chamber, and supporting a formed tube. CONSTITUTION: A half-split ring 5 is integrated with a half-split outer shell body by tightening devices 8a, 8b. Semi-cylindrical inner shell bodies 10a, 10b having cut parts 11a, 11b arranged in a cut part 6 of the half-split ring 5 are provided inside the outer shell body. A hollow chamber 9 formed between the half-split outer shell body and the inner shell body 10a forms a die cavity of one tubular wall section of a header pipe. The sintering powder is filled in the hollow chamber 9 through a charging boat. A semi-cylindrical body 12 on which a pin 13 is mounted, is provided on the inner shell bodies 10a, 10b.
