There are pneumatic fibre-conveying systems, especially for textile slivers, which have a conveyor tube and a disconnectable conveyor device for introducing the fibres into a mouth of the conveyor tube. <??>So that the conveyor device can be disconnected automatically when a build-up occurs in the region of the mouth of the conveyor tube, there is a build-up surface (6) which at least partially surrounds the mouth (5) of the conveyor tube (2) and which is operatively connected to a switch (7) for disconnecting the conveyor device (3), in such a way that, when the pressure occurring on the build-up surface (6) rises above a predetermined value, a disconnection signal can be generated. <??>The pneumatic tube conveyor system is suitable for conveying slivers or rovings in textile installations. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es sind pneumatische Rohrförderanlagen für Fasern, insbesondere für textile Faserbänder bekannt, die ein Förderrohr und eine abschaltbare Fördereinrichtung zum Einführen der Fasern in eine Mündung des Förderrohres aufweisen. Um bei Auftreten eines Staus im Bereich der Mündung des Förderrohres die Fördereinrichtung automatisch abschalten zu können, ist eine die Mündung (5) des Förderrohres (2) wenigstens teilweise umgebende Staufläche (6) vorgesehen, die mit einem Schalter (7) zum Abschalten der Fördereinrichtung (3) derart wirkungsverbunden ist, daß bei einem Ansteigen des an der Staufläche (6) auftretenden Drucks über einen vorbestimmten Wert ein Abschaltsignal erzeugbar ist. Die pneumatische Rohrförderanlage eignet sich zum Fördern von Faserbändern oder Lunten in textiltechnischen Anlagen.
