1. Slat (1) for roller shutter unit with a connecting hook at one end and joint chamber at the other end, whereby the connecting hook bears a circular or semicircular joint element (3) at a spacer web (2), and the joint chamber (4) is a circular receptacle with an outwardly facing opening, characterised by the fact that the joint element (3) bears angular webs (33, 34) at its opposite free ends (31, 32), and that angular webs (143, 144), facing the opening centre and corresponding in their external dimensions and angle to the angular webs (33, 34) of the joint element (3), are moulded to the free ends (141, 142) of the outwardly facing opening of the joint chamber (4).
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Profilstab für Rolladenpanzer mit einem Verbindungshaken an dem einen freien Ende und einer Gelenkkammer am gegenüberliegenden freien Ende. Der Verbindungshaken trägt an einem Abstandsteg (2) ein halbkreisförmiges Gelenkelement (3). An den gegenüberliegenden freien Enden (31, 32) des halbkreisförmigen Gelenkelementes (3) sind nach außen abstehende Winkelstege (33, 34) angeformt. Die Gelenkkammer (4) ist eine kreisförmige Aufnahme mit nach außen gerichteter Öffnung, an deren freien Enden (141, 142) zum Öffnungsmittelpunkt gerichtete Winkelstege (143, 144) angeformt. Diese Winkelstege (143, 144) entsprechen in ihren äußeren Abmessungen und in ihrer Winkelstellung den Winkelstegen (33, 34) des Gelenkelementes (3).
