The invention relates to a device for the controlled metering of flowable media which reduces a subsequent dripping of the filling material to a minimum while reducing cross-sectional contractions in the piping and conveying system. The device includes a container having a constantly maintained level of the filling material, in which is arranged a bearing- and sealing-free centrifugal pump 14 which has a stopping device for the counter-current braking of its drive motor 11. The centrifugal pump feeds a rising tube having a discharge elbow 17 which has a quadratic cross-section at its entry part which merges into an outlet cross-section having the approximate shape of an isosceles triangle placed on its vertex. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur förderstromgesteuerten Dosieren fließfähiger Medien, welche unter Vermeidung von Querschnittsverengungen im Leitungs- und Fördersystem ein Nachtropfen des Füllguts auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die Einrichtung enthält einen Behälter mit konstant gehaltenem Niveau des Füllgutes, in dem eine lager- und dichtungslose Kreiselpumpe 14 angeordnet ist, die eine Stoppeinrichtung zur Gegenstrombremsung ihres Antriebsmotors 11 aufweist. Die Kreiselpumpe fördert in ein Steigrohr mit einem Auslaufkrümmer 17, welcher an seinem Eintrittsteil einen quadratischen Querschnitt hat, der in einen Auslaßquerschnitt mit der annähernden Form eines auf die Spitze gestellten gleichschenkligen Dreiecks übergeht.
