The invention relates to a longitudinal voltage regulator for a load which stores electrical energy, having a regulating element (Q1, Q2), which is arranged in a longitudinal path of the regulator and is driven by an error amplifier (F), via a control transistor (Q3), which regulator regulates out a difference between a reference voltage (VREF) and a voltage which is proportional to the regulator output voltage (VA). According to the invention, a comparator (Q4 to Q7), which compares the regulator output voltage (VA) with the regulator input voltage (VE), is provided, whose output (K) activates a controllable switch (Q8), which switches off the control transistor (Q3) when the regulator input voltage (VE) drops to a value less than the regulator nominal output voltage. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Längsspannungsregler für eine elektrische Energie speichernde Last, mit einem in einem Reglerlängszweig angeordneten Regelelement (Q1, Q2), das über einen Steuertransistor (Q3) von einem Fehlerverstärker (F) angesteuert wird, der eine Abweichung einer der Reglerausgangsspannung (VA) proportionalen Spannung von einer Referenzspannung (VREF) ausregelt. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein die Reglerausgangsspannung (VA) mit der Reglereingangsspannung (VE) vergleichender Komparator (Q4 bis Q7) vorgesehen, dessen Ausgang (K) einen steuerbaren Schalter (Q8) aktiviert, der ein Ausschalten des Steuertransistors (Q3) bewirkt, wenn die Reglereingangsspannung (VE) auf einen Wert unterhalb der Reglernennausgangsspannung abfällt.
