Abstract (en)
A device for filling trays, containing foodstuffs, with a neutral gas, installed in a mould above which is placed a bell-shaped element which applies and seals a closure and protection film on the trays. The device comprises a pipe (8b) for creating a vacuum and filling the volume of the tray with a neutral gas, a reserve 12 of neutral gas at atmospheric pressure connected to the pipe (8b). The reserve comprises a chamber and a wall (27) which can be deformed, the reserve supplies a tray with gas at atmospheric pressure and is supplied by a reservoir (14) of compressed gas. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un dispositif de remplissage en gaz neutre de barquettes contenant des produits alimentaires, installé dans un moule au-dessus duquel est placé une cloche qui applique et scelle un film d'obturation et de protection sur les barquettes. Le dispositif comporte une conduite de mise sous vide et de remplissage (8b) en gaz neutre du volume de la barquette, une réserve 12 de gaz neutre à pression atmosphérique reliée à la conduite (8b). La réserve comporte une chambre et une paroi (27) déformables, la réserve alimente une barquette en gaz à pression atmosphérique, et est alimentée par un réservoir (14) de gaz comprimé.
