[origin: EP0299918A2] The bed consists of a hammock (2) and a frame (4) which consists of keel-type, plug-in elements (4.1 to 4.4) and thin, ski pole-type legs (6.1 to 6.4). A wrap (7) made of fabric with velcro tape lining (7.1) and insertion pockets (7.2) is proposed as a connection of said parts. The frame (4) is conceived in such a way that, in the case of overloading, the deformation of the bending beam (4) serves as an overload safeguard in that the bending beam (4) is lowered to the ground with the load. <IMAGE>
