[origin: WO8705921A2] Aqueous two-component paints containing pigments and other usual additives, for single-coat application to finish-foils and endless edges. The two-component paints are characterized by the fact that the first component (component(A)) contains 0.1 to 15% by weight, preferably 2 to 10% by weight in relation to the total weight of the component (A), of a blocked acid as a potential hardening catalyst and 10 to 90% by weight, preferably 20-65% by weight in relation to the total weight of the component (A), of an aqueous dispersion of a self-crosslinking polyacrylate, whereby the polyacrylate contains, as the groups which enable self-crosslinking, acid amide derivative groups which correspond to the general structural formula -CO-N(R<1>)-CH(R<2>)-OR<3>, in which R<1> = an H atom or a -CH(R<2>)-OR<3> group; R<2> = an H atom or a -COOR<4> group; R<3> = an H atom or a hydrocarbon residue containing 1 to 10 C atoms, preferably methyl, ethyl, (iso)propyl or (iso)butyl residue; R<4> = an alkyl residue with 1 to 5 C atoms, and by the fact that the second component (component (B)) contains 20 to 90% by weight, preferably 70-90% by weight in relation to the total weight of component (B), of a melamine resin dispersed or dissolved in an aqueous medium or of a melamine/urea resin mixture dispersed or dissolved in an aqueous medium, and that the components (A) and (B) prior to application are mixed in such a proportion that for one part by weight of self-crosslinking polyacrylate resin there are 0.4 to 1.0, preferably 0.6 to 0.8 parts by weight of melamine resin or 0.4 to 1.5, preferably 1.0 to 1.2 parts by weight of melamine/urea resin mixture.

Laques aqueuses à deux constituants contenant des pigments et d'autres additifs usuels, pour revêtir en une seule couche des films de finition et des bords sans fin. Ces laques à deux constituants se caractérisent en ce que le premier constituant (constituant (A)) contient de 0,1 à 15% en poids, de préférence de 2 à 10% en poids par rapport au poids total du constituant (A), d'un acide bloqué sous forme d'un catalyseur de durcissement potentiel, et de 10 à 80% en poids, de préférence de 20 à 65% en poids par rapport au poids total du constituant (A), d'une dispersion aqueuse d'un polyacrylate à auto-réticulation, ce polyacrylate contenant, comme groupes permettant l'auto-réticulation, des groupes acides de dérivés d'amides qui correspondent à la formule de constitution générale -CO-N(R1)-CH(R2)-OR3, dans laquelle R1 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe -CH(R2)-OR3; R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe -COOR4; R3 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un résidu hydrocarbure contenant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone, de préférence un résidu méthyle, éthyle, (iso)propyle ou (iso)butyle; R4 est un résidu alkyle comportant de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone; et en ce que le second constituant (constituant (B)) contient de 20 à 90% en poids, de préférence de 70 à 90% en poids par rapport au poids total du constituant (B), d'une résine mélaminée dispersée ou dissoute dans un milieu aqueux ou bien d'un mélange de résine de mélamine/urée dispersé ou dissous dans un milieu aqueux, et en ce que les constituants (A) et (B) sont mélangés avant application dans une proportion telle que pour une partie en poids de résine de polyacrylate à auto-réticulation, on trouve de 0,4 à 1,0, de préférence de 0,6 à 0,8 partie en poids de résine mélaminée ou bien de 0,4 à 1,5, de préférence de 1,0 à 1,2 partie en poids de mélange de résine de mélamine/urée.
