A mine removal device for clearing mines laid in the open, by means of flexible cords, such as, for example, ropes or chains, applied to the surface of the ground is to be improved to the effect that removal can take place by simple and by simply replaceable means, whilst at the same time it would be possible to pick up the mines in a way preventing premature detonations and shift them out of the travelling range of the carrier vehicle moving the mine removal device. It is proposed, for this purpose, to arrange at least one flexible cord obliquely relative to the direction of travel of the carrier vehicle and in front of this, in such a way that it is guided slidably over the surface of the ground by the carrier vehicle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Minenräumvorrichtung (1) zum Räumen von offen verlegten Minen (8) mittels die Bodenoberfläche beaufschlagenden biegeweichen Strängen (5), wie z.B. Seilen oder Ketten soll dahingehend verbessert werden, daß die Räumung mit einfachen und mit einfach zu ersetzenden Mitteln erfolgen kann, wobei die Minen (8) in einer vorzeitige Detonationen vermeidenden Weise erfaßbar und aus dem Fahrbereich des die Minenräumvorrichtung (1) bewegenden Trägerfahrzeugs (4) entfernbar sein sollen. Hierzu wird vorgeschlagen, mindestens einen biegeweichen Strang (5) schräg zur Fahrtrichtung des Trägerfahrzeugs (4) und frontal vor diesem so anzuordnen, daß dieser vom Trägerfahrzeug (4) über die Bodenfläche gleitend geführt wird.
