The hairdryer has the shape of a hollow handle (1) with a current supply (1a) and air inlets (2) as well as an installed heater (7) with a fan (8). A tubular brush, which is preferably exchangeable, is connected to the handle (1) at the front end and has alternating rows of holes (4, 24) and rows of brush pins (5, 25) distributed along its circumferential surface. Inserted in the tubular brush (3) is a tube core (12), in particular a metal core, which serves for receiving a heating cartridge (14) in its longitudinal borehole (13) and has along its circumferential surface longitudinal grooves (15) which are located below the rows of holes (4) of the tubular brush (3) and serve for discharging the air flow when the fan (8) is switched on. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Haartrockner in Form eines hohlen Handgriffs (1) mit Stromzufuhr (1a) und Lufteinlässen (2), sowie eingebauter Heizung (7) mit Gebläse (8) beschrieben, wobei am Handgriff (1) stirnseitig ein Bürstenrohr vorzugsweise auswechselbar angeschlossen ist, welches abwechselnd Lochreihen (4, 24) und Bürstenstiftreihen (5, 25) längs seiner Umfangsfläche verteilt aufweist. Im Bürstenrohr (3) ist ein Rohrkern (12), insbesondere Metallkern, eingesetzt, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung (13) der Aufnahme einer Heizpatrone (14) dient und entlang seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten (15) aufweist, welche unter den Lochreihen (4) des Bürstenrohrs (3) liegen und bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse (8) der Ausleitung des Luftstroms dienen.
