Abstract (en)
[origin: JPS6440659A] PURPOSE: To enable good level dyeing of a textile material at a low bath ratio in reduced energy by heating an endless material to be treated while recycling the material by a gas stream, spraying a dyeing solution into the gas stream and absorbing the dyeing solution into the material to be treated. CONSTITUTION: A material TG to be treated is introduced into a dyeing machine by a gas stream of a blower G and sewn together to provided the endless material. At the same time, a dyeing auxiliary is fed by spraying from a makeup vessel AG through a venturi tube VV from the suction side of the blower G into the circulating gas stream. The material TG to be treated is circulated through a treating tank BK by action of a nozzle DS and when the material to be treated attains a prescribed temperature by steam, a dyeing solution is fed from a suction side of the blower G through a metering pump D into stream in the same method as the above dyeing auxiliary is fed and circulation of the material to be treated and stream is continued until the dyeing agent is absorbed into the material TG to be treated to carry out good level dyeing of the textile material in a low path ratio under energy saving conditions.
