[origin: JPH01118665A] PURPOSE: To provide a product transfer apparatus to sight-check products by installing a row of inclined, bores which have front openings connected to the exterior at the front face of a table and rear openings connecting to a compressed air box, on an inspection table, transferring the products upward by the compressed air from the row of inclined bores after leading the products to a form and spreading by a mobile plate. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus has a row of upward inclined bores 8 installed from the rear to the front on a plate 2 on an inspection table having an illumination, where the bores are so constituted as to connect to the exterior at the front face of the plate 2 and to connect to a compressed air box or a compressed air tube at the rear end. The upper opening parts of products 9 such as stocking, tights or the like are manually lead to the position of a form in a stationary state in which two mobile thin plates 6, 7 are overlapped to the front of fixed type thin plates 4, 5, compressed air is blown from the row of inclined bores 8 to form an air-curtain, the products are transferred from lower to upper, the mobile plates 6, 7 are moved in lateral direction to open the form to brought about the ready right-check of the product. The products 9 fall down by the gravity by draw backing the thin plates 6, 7 to the starting position after the sight-check.

Cet appareil est du type comportant une forme transversalement extensible en avant d'une table lumineuse. Il comporte des moyens déclenchant la formation d'un rideau d'air sous pression agissant obliquement sur le collant (9) ou autre article textile en direction de l'extrémité côté haut ou ouvert de cet article, pour le faire glisser et l'introduire automatiquement et totalement sur la forme. En avant d'une table lumineuse (2) est placée une forme constituée par deux paires de bras, dont deux bras fixes (4,5) et deux bras transversalement mobiles (6,7), et la table lumineuse (2) est traversée sur toute son épaisseur par des perçages obliques qui débouchent dans une canalisation commune d'air comprimé située en arrière de la table et qui servent d'ajutages pour la formation d'un rideau d'air dirigé obliquement en avant de la table et de bas en haut, dans le sens d'introduction des bas sur la forme.
