Date Aug. 25, 1988.The invention relates to a closure cap for a bottle or like containers, having an internally-threaded cylindrical part for screwing onto an externally threaded bottleneck, and with a sealing member, separate from the cylindrical part and connected to the cylindrical part, being provided with an annular sealing surface to abut upon the mouth of the bottleneck. The sealing member pivots around a rotational axis which is located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical part, and located radially inwards of the annular sealing surface. By unscrewing the screw-type closure cap, the disc-like sealing member tilts, thus allowing the contents of the bottle to be poured out without the screw-type closure cap being completely screwed off. Thus, the cap is prevented from falling down and being soiled, or from getting lost. By opening the screw-type closure cap to different extent, it is, moreover, possible to adjust the cross-section for the outflow and, thus, to control the quantity delivered.

Le bouchon de fermeture fileté pour une bouteille ou autre objet similaire présente une partie cylindrique (2) pourvue d'un filetage interne lui permettant d'être vissé sur un filetage externe du col d'une bouteille (1), ainsi que d'une partie hermétique (3) indépendante de la partie cylindrique (2) tout en étant relié à cette dernière, avec une surface hermétique annulaire reposant sur la surface du col (1) de la bouteille. La partie hermétique (3) peut tourner sur l'axe de rotation de la partie cylindrique (2), cet axe se trouvant dans un plan vertical par rapport à l'axe de la partie cylindrique et radialement dans la face hermétique annulaire. La partie hermétique circulaire (3) bascule lorsque le bouchon de fermeture fileté est desserré permettant ainsi le versement du liquide de la bouteille sans dévisser le bouchon fileté. Ce bouchon ne peut tomber et se salir ni se perdre. Les niveaux variables de pression appliquée au bouchon fileté lors de l'ouverture permettent la régulation de l'écoulement moyen de versement et, de plus, le contrôle de la quantité versée.
