[origin: WO8805698A1] An applicator with a rolling scraper for directly or indirectly applying fluid coatings (3) on webs of material (2) has a scraping bar (5) rotatably mounted in a support (9) and lying with a variable pressure on a web of material conveyed around a counter-roller (1) or on a web-guiding roller. The scraping bar (5) is composed of a core (6) with a high modulus of elasticity and of an envelope (7) with a low modulus of elasticity, in order to generate uniform coating films from the most different materials with different coating thicknesses.

Le mßcanisme applicateur décrit est destiné à l'application dosée directe ou indirecte d'enductions liquides (3) sur des matériaux en bande (2) au moyen d'une tige racleuse (5) montée rotative dans un support (9), en appui avec une pression variable sur le matériau en bande guidé autour d'un rouleau conjugué (1) ou sur un rouleau guidant le matériau en bande. Cette tige racleuse (5) est constituée par un noyau (6) à module d'élasticité élevé et par une enveloppe (7) à faible module d'élasticité et permet de produire des films d'enduction homogènes composés des matériaux les plus divers et ayant différentes épaisseurs.
