Abstract (en)
The device has an external comminuting element ring (1) constructed as a stator, in the form of a cylinder, on the outer surface (3) of which slots (5) aligned approximately perpendicularly with respect to the central axis (M) are arranged, whilst the inner comminuting element (2) constructed as a rotor has two vanes (18) whose end faces are constructed as knife blades. In order to increase the performance of the device without requiring a relatively large rotor speed, an outer ring (5) with slots (6) is attached around the stator (1) by means of screws in such a way that it can be moved up and down and possibly also in a rotating manner, by which means principally the width of the slots can be adjusted or narrowed. As a result, a higher output speed of the liquid and thus a higher degree of efficiency is obtained with the same rotor performance. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung weist einen als Stator ausgebildeten äusseren Zerkleinerungsorganring (1) in Form eines Zylinders auf, an dessen Mantel (3) etwa senkrecht bezüglich der Mittelachse (M) ausgerichtete Schlitze (5) angeordnet sind, während das als Rotor ausgebildete innere Zerkleinerungsorgan (2) zwei Flügel (18) aufweist, deren Stirnflächen als Messerschneiden ausgebildet sind. Um die Leistung der Vorrichtung zu erhöhen, ohne eine grössere Rotorgeschwindigkeit zu benötigen, ist um den Stator (1) ein äusserer Ring (5) mit Schlitzen (6) mittels Schrauben derart befestigt, dass er auf und ab, eventuell auch drehend bewegbar ist, wodurch vor allem die Breite der Schlitze verstellt, bzw. verengt werden kann. Dadurch ergibt sich, bei gleich bleibender Rotorleistung, eine höhere Austrittsgeschwindigkeit der Flüssigkeit und somit ein höherer Wirkungsgrad.
