CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical insert base 1 is provided with two latches 4, which are projected from a case surface 3, and two contact elements 7, 8 in a bottom end surface 5. A lamp 2 has a narrow conical or trunnion-shaped base bottom part 11, and the lamp is inserted into a depth of an end surface or a cut out provided in a side opposite to the side provided with the elements 7, 8. The lamp 2 and the base 1 are connected by socket and plug, which can be disconnected, or adhesion and screwing, which can not be disconnected. The lamp 2 and the base 1 are electrically connected to each other by an internal contact.
