Abstract (en)
In a method of heat treating malleable cast iron in a continuous malleablising furnace, the castings are annealed in a decarburising medium in the continuous malleablising furnace at a temperature of 1000 DEG C to 1100 DEG C and maintained at this temperature until complete cementite disintegration, then rapidly cooled to 730 DEG C to 760 DEG C, and cooled from this temperature at a cooling rate of 2 DEG C/h to 5 DEG C/h to a temperature of 680 DEG C to 710 DEG C. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von Temperguß in einem Durchlaufgastemperofen werden die Gußstücke im Durchlaufgastemperofen entkohlend bei einer Temperatur von 1000°C bis 1100°C geglüht und bei dieser Temperatur bis zum vollständigen Zementitzerfall gehalten, sodann beschleunigt auf 730°C bis 760°C abgekühlt und ab dieser Temperatur mit einer Abkühlgeschwindigkeit von 2°C/h bis 5°C/h auf eine Temperatur von 680°C bis 710°C abgekühlt.
