Abstract (en)

The thread guides (10) of adjacently arranged spool points (3) are connected to one another via a cross-winding element (11) and driven by the latter. In this case, the cross-winding element (11) is pulled in both directions along the spool points (3) by a cross-winding drive (50, 51, 501). The cross-winding drive (501) consists, in particular, of at least one servomotor (501) which is controlled by a microcomputer (MIC). By influencing the crossing angle and the size of the lift for the cross-winding of the thread, interference is avoided when forming the spool. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Die Fadenführer (10) von nebeneinander angeordneten Spulstellen (3) sind über ein Changierelement (11) miteinander verbunden und über dieses angetrieben. Das Changierelement (11) wird dabei in beiden Richtungen entlang den Spulstellen (3) von einem Changierantrieb (50, 51, 501) gezogen. Der Changierantrieb (501) besteht insbesondere aus mindestens einem Servomotor (501), der von einem Mikrorechner (MIC) gesteuert wird. Durch Beeinflussen des Kreuzungswinkels und der Hubgröße für die Verlegung des Fadens werden Störungen beim Spulenaufbau vermieden.
