Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a stripline coupling arrangement for integrated radio-frequency circuits, in which a plurality of coupled striplines running closely adjacent to one another, in the form of a spiral, are mounted on a dielectric substrate (S1). Such a coupling arrangement structure has inadequate insulation, however, as a result of the different length of the spirally arranged conductor tracks. In order to improve the insulation, it is provided that the conductor tracks of the coupling arrangement are split into two coupling arrangement halves, whose conductor ends (11, 12, 13, 14) located in the inner region of the spirals are connected to one another such that the conductor ends of the one coupling arrangement half are joined in the sequence from the outer to the inner conductor track to the conductor ends of the other coupling arrangement half, in the sequence from the inner to the outer conductor track. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Streifenleitungskoppler für integrierte Hochfrequenzschaltkreise, bei dem auf einem dielektrischen Substrat (S1) mehrere gekoppelte Streifenleitungen mit eng benachbartem Verlauf zueinander in Spiralform aufgebracht sind. Eine solche Kopplerstruktur besitzt jedoch eine unzureichende Isolation, bedingt durch die unterschiedliche Länge der spiralförmig angeordneten Leiterbahnen. Zur Verbesserung der Isolation ist vorgesehen, daß die Leiterbahnen des Kopplers in zwei Kopplerhälften aufgeteilt sind, deren im Innenbereich der Spirale liegenden Leitungsenden (11, 12, 13, 14) derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Leitungsenden der einen Kopplerhälfte in der Reihenfolge von der äußeren zur inneren Leiterbahn mit den Leitungsenden der anderen Kopplerhälfte in der Reihenfolge von der inneren zur äußeren Leiterbahn zusammengeführt sind.
