Abstract (en)

[origin: JPS6463618A] PURPOSE: To improve a suction filling performance by stowing a rotatable annular slide body in a crankcase of a two-stroke cycle engine, dividing the inside of the annular slide into a suction chamber and a pressure chamber and forming a pump operating chamber between the annular slide and a piston. CONSTITUTION: A crank side face part 7 which is a large gauge part with a step is formed at a crank axis 3 which is supported by a crankcase 1 rotatablly and a crank pin 8 is equipped at the crank side part 7 and a boss part 9 of an end of a connecting rod 5 is fit at the pin 8. An annular slide 12 is supported at a lower part of the crankcase 1 through a needle bearing 13 and an inside of the annular slide 12 is divided into a suction chamber A and a pressure chamber B and each chamber A, B is connected with an inlet passage and an outlet passage through recessed parts 16, 17 which are provided at a closing cap 11. A compressed air from the outlet passage 23 is supplied from an aeration aperture 25 to the cylinder 26 by providing an inlet passage 21 and an outlet passage 23 with facing onto an operating space of a pump K which is formed by a piston 4, the annular 12 and a cylinder liner 2.
