[origin: WO8805487A1] A fastening element (1) with a large-area plain washer (5) and with a tubular extension (6) adjacent thereto for passing through and guiding a screw (4). The plain washer (5) and the tubular extension (6) form separate prefabricated parts. The tubular extension (6) has at its end facing the plain washer (5) a shoulder (7) that engages a corresponding recess (20) in the area of a through-hole in the plain washer (5). The section (8) of the tubular extension (6) adjacent to the shoulder (7) can be introduced through the opening in the plain washer (5). The screw (4) is introduced in the extension (6) either before or after the extension (6) has been introduced in the plain washer (5).

Un élément de fixation (1) comporte une rondelle à grande surface (5) et un prolongement tubulaire (6) qui lui est adjacent pour le passage et le guidage d'une vis (4). La rondelle (5) et le prolongement (6) sont des pièces fabriquées séparément. Le prolongement tubulaire (6) présente à son extrémité faisant face à la rondelle (5) un collet (7) qui s'engage dans un évidement correspondant (20) dans la région d'une ouverture traversante de la rondelle (5). La section (8) du prolongement tubulaire (6) adjacente au collet (7) peut être introduite par l'ouverture dans la rondelle (5). La vis (4) est introduite dans le prolongement tubulaire (6) soit avant soit après introduction de celui-ci dans la rondelle (5).
