Abstract (en)
A body (1) designed to carry an instrument has a bearing surface (2) for fitting onto the weapon to which the mount is to be fastened, the inner surface (2) having at least one catching edge or surface (3) intended to be interacting with the surface of the weapon (21) on one side of this, this body carrying a movable lateral arm (4) for the purpose of interacting with the surface of the weapon on the side of the latter opposite that onto which the catching edge or surface (3) fits. A locking means (6) is provided for keeping the movable lateral arm (4) in the state pressed onto the weapon, when it is in a first position, and for freeing the movable lateral arm (4), when it is in a second position. When the movable lateral arm is under the stress of the locking means (6), the body (1) is fastened rigidly to the weapon by a firm grip of the mount (10) on the opposite sides of the weapon. <IMAGE>

Un corps (1) agencé pour porter un instrument a une surface d'appui (2) pour s'adapter sur l'arme sur laquelle le support doit être fixé, la surface intérieure (2) présentant au moins une arête ou surface d'accrochage (3) destinée à coopérer avec la surface de l'arme (21) sur un côté de celle-ci, ce corps portant un bras latéral mobil (4) afin de coopérer avec la surface de l'arme sur le côté de celle-ci qui est opposé à celui sur lequel s'adapte l'arête ou surface d'accrochage (3). Un moyen de verrouillage (6) est prévu pour maintenir le bras latéral mobile (4) en état de pression sur l'arme lorsqu'il est dans une première position et pour libérer le bras latéral mobile (4) lorsqu'il se trouve dans une seconde position. Lorsque le bras latéral mobile se trouve sous la contrainte du moyen de verrouillage (6), le corps (1) se trouve fixé rigidement sur l'arme par agrippement ferme du support (10) sur les côtés opposés de l'arme.
