The drum filling device with a weighing machine monitoring the filling weight and a vapour exhauster arranged in the region of the bunghole and engaging over the filling tube with its suction opening is characterised in that the vapour exhauster is arranged, in the filling position of the device, in such a way that the edge surrounding the suction opening encompasses, at a short distance above the surface of the drum, the bunghole wall of the latter with a small lateral clearance. <IMAGE>

Eine Faßfüllvorrichtung mit einer das Füllgewicht überwachenden Waage und einer im Bereich des Spundloches angeordneten, das Füllrohr mit ihrer Saugöffnung übergreifenden Absaugeinrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinrichtung in Füllstellung der Vorrichtung derart angeordnet ist, daß der die Saugöffnung umgebende Rand in geringer Höhe über der Oberfläche des Fasses dessen Spundlochwand mit geringem Seitenabstand umfaßt.
