[origin: EP0303945A2] The invention relates to a photosensitive mixture which essentially contains a naphthoquinonediazidosulphonic ester, a resin-like binder soluble in aqueous alkaline solutions and an organic dye capable of salt formation. The mixture contains a 1,2- naphthoquinonediazidosulphonic ester of the general formula <IMAGE> R1 denotes H, NO2, alkyl or alkoxy, each having up to 4 carbon atoms, halogen and/or O-SO2-D and R2 denotes a trihaloalkyl radical. The photosensitive mixture has high photosensitivity and is strongly acidic after exposure to light, which leads to very good contrast owing to the colour change of the indicator.
