Abstract (en)
To achieve high thermal stability, the laser is constructed from discrete assemblies (R, E, V1, V2), using a modular design which assemblies are fixed alone and without any mutual mechanical coupling on a central supporting plate (T), the supporting plate and the resonator (R) having thermal coefficients of expansion which are approximately or roughly the same. In this way, a simple construction is also achieved, together with easy production and assembly possibilities. The invention is suitable for gas lasers constructed using the "sealed-off" technique, particularly for CO2 lasers. <IMAGE>

Zur Erzielung hoher thermischer Stabilität ist der Laser in Modulbauweise aus selbständigen Baugruppen (R,E,V1,V2) aufgebaut, die für sich allein und ohne gegenseitige mechanische Kopplung auf einer zentralen Trägerplatte (T) befestigt sind, wobei die Trägerplatte und der Resonator (R) einen angenäherten oder etwa gleichen thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten haben. Damit wird außerdem ein einfacher Aufbau bei leichten Herstellungs- und Montagemöglichkeiten erzielt. Die Erfindung ist für in "Sealed-off"-Technik aufgebaute Gaslaser, insbesondere für CO2-Laser geeignet.
