[origin: EP0304066A1] The closed end of the contact slot is extended over the bending edge into the base as a separating slot without a gap, as a result of which the contact slot also has greater elasticity in the vicinity of the base but the conductor is prevented from working into the separating slot. In addition, the dividing plates adjacent to the contact slot have widened areas, in the vicinity of the base, which project into side wall cut-outs and are bent with end sections in the plane of the side walls. In consequence, the dividing plates are additionally reinforced in the slot section in which the conductor assumes its final position, in order to prevent undesired torsion of the dividing plates in this section. <IMAGE>
