1. Lock for a door, window or the like, having at least one bolt member (27) which can be activated by a key and can be displaced by means of a gear unit (24) comprising at least one pinion (15), the pinion (15) mounted in a lock case (3) or the like being formed as a radially slotted ring through which there passed a lock cylinder (6) of which the lock bit (10) mounted concentrically with respect to the pinion engages in the slot (14) of the pinion and is connected thereto in a drivable manner, characterised by a circular guide wall (28) of the lock for an axial, annular guide edge (29), of the pinion (15), a half-moon shaped guide strip (31) engaging behind the guide edge, the outer wall of this guide strip (31) extending concentrically with respect to the guide edge and the inner wall thereof extending approximately concentrically with respect to the circular path of the lock bit (10, 21), the guide strip (31) being associated with the round lock cylinder housing part (8) in such a manner that it lies opposite the flat housing part (7) thereof.

Um in ein Schloß für eine Tür, ein Fenster od. dgl. mit mindestens einem schlüsselbetätigbaren Riegelglied, das mittels eines wenigstens ein Ritzel aufweisenden Getriebes verschiebbar ist, Schließzylinder unterschiedlicher Ausbildung, insbesondere sogenannte Rundzylinder, verwenden zu können, wobei der Schließbart (10, 21) dieser Schließzylinder (6) radial über das geschlitzte Ritzel (15) dieses Getriebes (24) vorstehen kann, ist das Schloß mit einer kreisbogenförmigen Führungswand (28) für einen dazu konzentrischen, axialen, kreisringförmigen Führungsrand (29) des Ritzels (15) ausgestattet, wobei der Führungsrand von einer mondsichelförmigen Führungsleiste (31) hintergriffen ist, deren Außenwandung konzentrisch zum Führungsrand (29) und deren Innenwandung konzentrisch zum Flugkreis des Schließbarts (10, 21) verläuft, wobei ferner die Führungsleiste (31) dem runden Schließzylindergehäuseteil (8) gegenüberliegend von dessen schmalem bzw. flachem Gehäuseteil (7) zugeordnet ist. Die Führungsleiste (31) und die Führungswand (28) befinden sich an einem Führungskörper (33), der im Schloß sicher gehalten ist.
