Abstract (en)
The immersion lance consists of a steel pipe which is surrounded by a refractory ceramic shell pipe. The invention is characterised in that a layer (3) of ceramic fibre nonwoven is located at the contact surface between the steel pipe (1) and the shell pipe (2). In the steel pipe (1) a further pipe (4) of steel can be arranged at a distance from the former, and a castable or sprayable ceramic mass (5) can be coaxially arranged between the steel pipes (1) and (4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tauchlanze, die aus einem Stahlrohr, das von einem feuerfesten keramischen Mantelrohr umgeben ist, besteht. Kennzeichen der Erfindung ist, daß an der Kontaktfläche zwischen Stahlrohr (1) und Mantelrohr (2) eine Lage (3) aus keramischen Faservlies angeordnet ist. In dem Stahlrohr (1) kann mit Abstand zu diesem ein weiteres Rohr (4) aus Stahl und zwischen den Stahlrohren (1) und (4) eine gieß- oder spritzfähige keramische Masse (5) koaxial angeordnet sein.
