The invention relates to an installation for using the locks of hotel-room doors, the lockers of swimming baths or similar equipment, with a central dispensing station located in the region of an entry point of the hotel, swimming bath or the like and intended for locking elements (keys), each fitting a specific lock of the various doors, lockers or the like, and with a locking-element return device which is located in the region of an exit point and which interrogates the locking element and evaluates it, for example in respect of a charge for use, and which is connected by information line to the dispensing station, and proposes, in order to achieve optimum handling, that the locking element should bear an additional code (for example, bar code) for the purpose of tracking its route during use. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anlage zur Benutzung der Schlösser von Hotelzimmertüren, der Schließfächer von Badeanstalten oder ähnlicher Einrichtungen mit zentraler, im Bereich einer Eingangsstation des Hotels, der Badeanstalt oder dergleichen vorgesehener Ausgabestation (600) für Schließelemente (800) jeweils passend zu einem bestimmten Schloß der verschiedenen Türen, Schließfächer oder dergleichen und einer im Bereich einer Ausgangsstation vorgesehener Schließelement-Rücknahmevorrichtung (1700), welche das Schließelement (800) abfragt und zum Beispiel hinsichtlich einer Benutzungsgebühr auswertet und welche informationsverbunden ist mit der Ausgabestation (600), und schlägt zur Erzielung einer optimalen Handhabung vor, daß das Schließelement (800) einen Zusatzcode (z. B. Strichcode) trägt, um seinen Benutzungsweg zu verfolgen.
