A device for lifting and lowering a submersible motor-driven pump. Starting from a lifting device with a load lifting member which can be moved up and down on a guide and is to be connected via a coupling device to a carrying part arranged on the submersible motor-driven pump, the object of the invention was to ensure the safe lowering and - above all - the safe lifting of such submersible motor-driven pumps which are arranged in a heavily contaminated pumping medium. To achieve the required safety, the solution according to the invention uses such elements which have proved reliable as load lifting members, such as load hooks and shackles. So that these elements can also be made suitable for coupling and uncoupling at a remote location which cannot be inspected, the invention provides for the load hook to be moved along two guide ropes, in the course of which the load hook acted upon by a counterweight in the direction of the unlatching position can be moved into the latching position by means of an actuating rope reaching to the upper level. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Heben und Senken einer Tauchmotorpumpe (1). Ausgehend von einer Hebevorrichtung mit einem an einer Führung auf- und abwärts bewegbaren Lastaufnahmemittel, welches über eine Kupplungseinrichtung mit einem auf der Tauchmotorpumpe angeordneten Tragteil zu verbinden ist, bestand die Aufgabe der Erfindung darin, das sichere Absenken und - vor allem - das sichere Heben solcher Tauchmotorpumpen zu gewährleisten, die in einem stark verschmutzen Fördermedium angeordnet sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung verwendet zur Erreichung der geforderten Sicherheit solche Elemente, die als Lasthebemittel bewährt sind, wie Lasthaken (3) und Bügel (2). Um diese auch für das Ein- und Auskuppeln an einem entfernten, nicht einsehbaren Ort geeignet zu machen, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der Lasthaken längs zweier Führungsseile (12) bewegt wird, wobei der durch ein Gegengewicht in Richtung der Ausklinkposition beaufschlagte Lasthaken (3) mittels eines zum oberen Niveau reichenden Betätigungsseils (11) in die Einklinkposition bringbar ist.
