A device is proposed for the unwinding of wound wires with constant material tensioning, in which a hysteresis coupling (3) in combination with a drive motor (1) and an electronic control device (19) is so arranged that the drive shaft of the rotor (3R) of the hysteresis coupling (3) is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the unwinding roller (7, 7') via a gearwheel mechanism (8, 8', 8''), which roller serves for guiding and controlling the wound wire (14), and that a tensioning element (11, 12) which controls the wire tensioning is arranged so as to engage with the unwinding roller (7, 7'). <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Abrollen von Wickeldrähten bei konstanter Materialspannung vorgeschlagen, bei welcher eine Hysteresekupplung (3) in Verbindung mit einem Antriebsmotor (1) und einem elektronischen Steuergerät (19) so angeordnet ist, dass die Antriebswelle des Rotors (3R) der Hystereskupplung (3) über ein Zahnradgetriebe (8,8',8") mit der Abwickelrolle (7,7'), die zur Führung und Steuerung des Wickeldrahtes (14) dient, drehfest verbunden ist, und dass an die Abwickelrolle (,7,7') ein die Drahtspannung regelndes Spannelement (11,12) angreifend angeordnet ist.
