Abstract (en)
The spacer possesses carrying legs (1) which are arranged in a first plane and supporting legs (3) which are arranged in another plane, the two planes forming an acute angle. At the junction of the two legs, a web (5) is fastened in order to carry the upper reinforcement mat. Carrying limbs (6) with hooks (7) are arranged in the plane of the supporting legs (3) in order to receive the lower reinforcement mat. In order to increase the stability of the holder when loaded by the lower mat, the supporting legs (3) are bent inwards at the bottom, the bends (10) lying somewhat above the apex (8) of the hooks (7), as a result of which the resulting force acts on the carrying legs (1) in the direction of the bearing surface. To increase the carrying capacity of the hooks (7), the supporting legs (3) and the carrying limbs (6) are connected to one another by a strut (9). Such a spacer exhibits, with the same wire thickness, improved stability and a higher carrying capacity than previously known holders, and additionally facilitates the laying of the upper reinforcement mats. <IMAGE>

Der Abstandhalter weist Tragbeine (1), die in einer ersten Ebene angeordnet sind und Stützbeine (3), die in einer anderen Ebene angeordnet sind auf, wobei die beiden Ebenen einen spitzen Winkel bilden. An der Verbindungsstelle der beiden Beine ist ein Steg (5) befestigt, um die obere Bewehrungsmatte zu tragen. In der Ebene der Stützbeine (3) sind Tragschenkel (6) mit Haken (7) angeordnet, um die untere Bewehrungsmatte aufzunehmen. Um die Standfestigkeit des Halters bei Belastung durch die untere Matte zu erhöhen, sind die Stützbeine (3) unten nach einwärts geknickt, wobei die Knickstellen (10) etwas oberhalb der Scheitel (8) der Haken (7) liegen, wodurch die resultierende Kraft auf die Tragbeine (1) in Richtung der Auflagefläche wirkt.Zwecks Erhöhung der Tragfähigkeit der Haken (7) sind die Stützbeine (3) sowie die Tragschenkel (6) durch eine Strebe (9) miteinander verbunden. Ein solcher Abstandhalter weist bei gleicher Drahtstärke eine bessere Standfestigkeit und eine höhere Tragfähigkeit auf als vorbekannte Halter, und erleichtert ferner das Verlegen der oberen Bewehrungsmatten.
