Abstract (en)
An independent conveyor (11), which is provided with controlled grippers (12) which are arranged at regular intervals from one another, guides the incoming prints (17) along to the beginning of a removal conveyor (18) which, in the removal zone, is driven in the same direction as the independent conveyor (11). Said conveyor (18) is equipped with controlled removal grippers (19). The mouths of the grippers (12) and of the removal grippers (19) face one another. In the removal zone, the grippers (12) and the removal grippers (19) are controlled oppositely. In order to reduce the technical expenditure for the removal conveyor (18) and the noise generated therefrom during operation, the removal grippers (19) are fastened at regular intervals from one another on a driven, continuous traction element (20). In the open position, the movable jaws (43) of the removal grippers (19) are pivoted laterally away from the associated fixed jaw and prestressed in this position by a first spring action. Abstract (de)
Ein mit in regelmässigen Abständen voneinander angeordneten, gesteuerten Greifern (12) versehener Einzelförderer (11) führt die ankommenden Druckprodukte (17) bis zum Beginn eines im Entnahmebereich gleichsinnig wie der Einzelförderer (11) angetriebenen Entnahmeförderers (18) heran. Dieser ist mit gesteuerten Entnahmegreifern (19) bestückt. Die Maulöffnungen der Greifer (12) und der Entnahmegreifer (19) sind einander zugekehrt. Im Entnahmebereich sind die Greifer (12) und die Entnahmegreifer (19) gegensinnig gesteuert. Um den technischen Aufwand für den Entnahmeförderer (18) und dessen Lärmentwicklung im Betrieb zu verringern, sind die Entnahmegreifer (19) in regelmässigen Abständen voneinander an einem angetriebenen, endlosen Zugorgan (20) befestigt. Die beweglichen Backen (43) der Entnahmegreifer (19) sind in Offenstellung seitlich von der zugeordneten festen Backe weggeschwenkt und durch eine erste Federwirkung in dieser Stellung vorgespannt. In Schliessstellung sind die beweglichen Backen gleichgerichtet wie die zugeordnete feste Backe und sind in dieser Stellung durch eine zweite Federwirkung vorgespannt, wobei die zweite Federwirkung die erste überwindet.
