Trockenrasierapparat mit einem Kurzhaarschneidsystem, einem am Gehäuse (1) verschiebbar angeordneten, von Hand zu betätigenden ersten Schaltschieber (4) zum Ein- und Ausschalten des zugeordneten zweiten Schaltschiebers (5), der mit einem Langhaarschneidsystem ausgestattet ist, das mittels des zweiten Schaltschiebers (5) sowie mittels zwei in Eingriff bringbare Getriebevorrichtungen aus einer Ruhestellung in eine im Bereich des Kurzhaarschneidsystems liegende Betriebsstellung (ST3) bringbar und in der Betriebsstellung (ST3) mit dem Antrieb des Trockenrasierapparates gekuppelt ist.
