A process and an apparatus for making a duct (24) in a preferably underground borehole (7), in particular with an inaccessible cross-section. So that the duct (24) can be made in stages or continuously and while the borehole (7) is developing, a casing tube (14) is put in directly after a working tube (1) which is used to make the borehole and in which an excavating tool (2) is arranged, which casing tube (14) has a smaller diameter than the developing borehole (7). The casing tube (14) is then pressed forward together with the working tube (1). A hardenable, free-flowing construction material is at the same time inserted from the rear end of the working tube (1) into the hollow space (16) consequently developing between the casing tube (14) and the borehole wall, so that the duct (24) increases to the same extent to which the working tube (1) and the casing tube (14) are pressed forward together (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Damit eine Rohrleitung (24) abschnittsweise bzw. kontinuierlich und während der Entstehung einer Durchbohrung (7) hergestellt werden kann, wird einem zur Herstellung der Durchbohrung verwendeten Arbeitsrohr (1), in dem ein Abbauwerkzeug (2) angeordnet ist, ein Schalungsrohr (14) unmittelbar nachgeführt, das einen kleineren Durchmesser als die entstehende Durchbohrung (7) aufweist. Das Schalungsrohr (14) wird sodann gemeinsam mit dem Arbeitsrohr (1) vorgepreßt. In den dadurch zwischen dem Schalungsrohr (14) und der Durchbohrungswand entstehenden Hohlraum (16) wird gleichzeitig vom Hinterende des Arbeitsrohrs (1) her ein aushärtbarer, fließfähiger Baustoff eingeführt, so daß die Rohrleitung (24) in dem Maße wächst, wie das Arbeitsrohr (1) und das Schalungsrohr (14) gemeinsam vorgepreßt werden.
