[origin: EP0306052A2] A method for manufacturing a brush, particularly a mascara brush, is described wherein bristles (16) are introduced between two elongate parts (12) of the attachment element (10) and the attachment element (10) is subsequently twisted so that the bristles (16) project radially from the attachment element (10) and extend in helical lines around the attachment element (10).
