[origin: EP0306058A2] In order both to permit space-saving accommodation of vehicles and to guarantee automatic operation of a parking building, the latter has, in the centre of substantially circular parking planes (1), a rotatable tower, on which a vertically movable lifting platform (3) is mounted.
