[origin: JPH0194124A] PURPOSE: To provide a small and lightweight portable motorized shovel by supporting a motor on a frame having handles, providing an articulated arm having a pole and a shovel stem, connecting one end of the stem to a rockable blade, and connecting the other end of the stem to a worm driven by the motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor 25 is supported on a frame 3 having handles 7, 7' and an articulated arm consists of a pole 5 fitted to the frame 3 and a shovel stem 13 pivot-supported on the free end of the pole 5. One end of the stem 13 is provided with a rockable blade 17, and the other end extending beyond the pivot point 15 on the pole 5 is pivot-supported on a nut 21 moving on a worm 23 driven by the motor 25. The blade 17 is fixed to a lever 75 supported on the corresponding end of the stem 13, the other end of the stem 13 is connected to a first rod 79 and is connected to a second rod 87 by a lever 89 pivotable on the stem 13, and the second rod 87 can be reciprocated by a lever- type pedal 9 parallel to the pole 5. This portable shovel can be thus obtained with a simplified structure.

On décrit une pelle motorisée portative comportant un cadre équipé d'un bras articulé, supportant un moteur et muni de mancherons, et est caractérisée en ce que ledit bras articulé consiste en une perche (5) solidaire dudit cadre (3) et en un manche de pelle (13) articulé sur l'extrémité libre (15) de ladite perche (5), une extrémité dudit manche (15) étant équipée d'une palette (17) basculable et l'autre extrémité du manche (13) s'étendant au-delà de l'articulation (15) sur la perche (5) étant articulée sur un écrou (21) déplaçable sur une vis sans fin (23) actionnée par ledit moteur (25).
