Abstract (en)
The ink ribbon device features an ink ribbon cassette (9) capable of pivoting about a horizontal axis (12) and mounted between the side-members (2, 3) of a printer frame (1), and, additionally, means to raise and lower the ink ribbon cassette (9). In order to fully utilise all possible printing tracks on an ink ribbon it is proposed that at least one pivoted lever (13) extending beneath the ink ribbon cassette (9) is mounted so as to pivot on the printer frame (1) with several setting points (14) for different pivot positions (15, 15.1) of the ink ribbon cassette (9). In this way, all the printing tracks of the ink ribbon are used with the smallest possible expenditure on components. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine derartige Farbbandeinrichtung für Drucker, insbesondere für Matrixdrucker, weist eine zwischen den Seitenplatinen (2,3) eines Druckerrahmens (1) gelagerte, um eine horizontale Achse (12) schwenkbare Farbbandkassette (9) auf und außerdem Mittel zum Anheben und Absenken der Farbbandkassette (9). Für eine vollständige Ausnutzung sämtlicher möglicher Schreibspuren eines Farbbandes wird vorgeschlagen, daß zumindest ein die Farbbandkassette (9) untergreifender Schwenkhebel (13) mit mehreren Schaltstufen (14) für unterschiedliche Schwenklagen (15,15.1) der Farbbandkassette (9) am Druckerrahmen (1) drehbar gelagert ist. Die Ausnutzung sämtlicher Schreibspuren des Farbbandes erfolgt hier unter einem geringstmöglichen Aufwand an Bauteilen.
