[origin: JPS6471516A] PURPOSE: To correctly control the operation of a jaw by a simple constitution by moving alternately the projecting lever of a drawing slider along a cam when it goes ahead and along the guide surface of the cam when it comes back. CONSTITUTION: On the one side of a machine main body 2 equipped with a drawing die 3, the drawing slider 5 and the jaws 6, 7 are provided, they are reciprocated by a drive body 9, and their operations are controlled by the projecting lever 10. In the start of the operation of the slider 5, the lever 10 slides along the cam 11 of a tongue shape body 16 when it goes ahead, and catches a work 8 while following up the shape of the cam 11, and comes back along the guide surf ace 12 provided on the cam 11, and releases a holding force. During this period, the drive body 9 performs described reciprocating movements. Thereby, the operations of the jaws 6, 7 can correctly be controlled with the simple constitution.

An einer Ziehmaschine (1) mit 2 im steten Wechsel arbeitenden Ziehschlitten (5, 35) wird die Steuerung der Spannbacken (6, 7) von einer am Maschinenkörper (2) angeordneten Kurve (11) vorgenommen. Ein vom Ziehschlitten abkragender Spannhebel (10) fährt über die Kurve und drückt dabei die Spannbacken (6, 7) an den Draht (8) an. Damit der Draht nicht auch dann eingespannt wird, wenn der Ziehschlitten auf seinem Rückweg an der Kurve (11) vorbeifährt, ist die Kurve auf einer am Maschinenkörper angelenkten Zunge (16) ausgebildet, die auf dem Rückweg des Ziehschlittens von dem Spannhebel (10) bzw. der daran gelagerten Rolle (22) beiseite gedrückt wird. Die Zunge wird von einer Feder (14) gegen einen Anschlag (18) gedrückt und schnappt zurück, sobald die Rolle (22) im vorderen Totpunkt des Schlittenhubes die Zunge (16) passiert hat. In der kinematischen Kette zwischen dem Hebel (10) und den Spannhebeln (38) ist ein Torsionsstab (19) für ein "weiches" Andrücken der Spannbacken an den Draht vorgesehen. Am Ende der Ziehstrecke eines jeden Spannwagens ist eine Entriegelungsvorrichtung (21) vorgesehen.
