Abstract (en)
A device for disintegrating material, in particular building and road-building material is divided up into a first and a second mobile unit (1, 2). The weight and dimensions of both units (1, 2) have, at least in the out-of-use position of the adjustable components, the values required for transportation not requiring a road licence on one road vehicle flatbed trailer in each case. The first unit bears an input funnel (5), the crushing mill (8) and an internal combustion engine as drive for at least pump of a hydraulic system as well as hydraulic motors as drive for the running gear (4), the crushing mill (8) and transport devices (6, 12, 13, 27). The second unit (2) bears a vibration sieve (16), a conveying and outputting device (17, 17', 17'') and an internal combustion engine as drive for at least one pump of a hydraulic system as well as hydraulic motors for driving the running gear (3), the vibration sieve (16), the conveying and outputting device (17, 17', 17'') and the transport devices (22, 26). The transport devices in each case constructed as conveyor belts (13, 22; 26, 27) for transporting the material from the crushing mill (8) to the sieve (16) and for transporting the material of the sieved material back to the crushing mill (8) are adjustable between a working position and an out-of-use position. <IMAGE>

Ein Gerät zum Zerkleinern von Material, insbesondere Bau- und Straßenbaumaterial ist in eine erste und eine zweite fahrbare Einheit (1, 2) unterteilt. Gewicht und Abmessungen beider Einheiten (1, 2) haben zumindest in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung der verstellbaren Komponenten die für einen zulassungsfreien Transport auf je einem Straßenfahrzeug-Tieflader erforderlichen Werte. Die erste Einheit trägt einen Eingabetrichter (5), das Brechwerk (8) und einen Verbrennungsmotor als Antrieb für wenigstens eine Pumpe eines Hydrauliksystems sowie Hydraulikmotoren als Antrieb für das Fahrwerk (4), das Brechwerk (8) und Transportvorrichtungen (6, 12, 13, 27). Die zweite Einheit (2) trägt ein Vibrationssieb (16), eine Förder- und Ausgabeeinrichtung (17, 17', 17") und einen Verbrennungsmotor als Antrieb für wenigstens eine Pumpe eines Hydrauliksystems sowie Hydraulikmotoren zum Antrieb des Fahrwerks (3), des Vibrationssiebes (16), der Förder- und Ausgabeeinrichtung (17, 17', 17") sowie der Transportvorrichtungen (22, 26). Die je als Bandförderer (13, 22; 26, 27) ausgebildeten Transportvorrichtungen für den Materialtransport vom Brechwerk (8) zum Sieb (16) sowie für den Materialtransport des ausgesiebten Materials zurück zum Brechwerk (8) sind zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Nichtgebrauchsstellung verstellbar.
