The hand-held electrical hairdryer (10) has a housing (11, 12), having at one end an inlet (13) and at the other end an outlet (14), for accommodating an electric motor (18) driving an impeller (22), a heater (16) for heating the air and a printed circuit board (43) for the motor with a triac (41) or another electronic component. The triac (41) or another electronic component is arranged in the region of the run-out device (20) in order to achieve optimum cooling. The heater (16) is received by a support (17) and connected by plugging-on to the counter-contacts (47) of the printed circuit board (43) for the motor via contacts (50, 51). In another embodiment, the printed circuit board (43) for the motor of the hand-held hairdryer (10) is constructed as a body surrounding the motor (18). The printed circuit board (43) for the motor is preferably an annular body. Boundary walls of said annular body (41) serve as guide elements in interaction with adjacent parts of the housing (11, 12). <IMAGE>

Es handelt sich um einen elektrisch betriebenen Handhaartrockner (10) mit einerends einen Einlaß (13) und anderenends einen Auslaß (14) aufweisenden Gehäuse (11, 12) zum Unterbringen eines ein Laufrad (22) antreibenden Elektromotors (18), einem Heizer (16) zum Erwärmen der Luft sowie einer Motorleiterplatte (43) mit einem Triac (41) oder einer anderen elektronischen Baueinheit. Der Triac (41) oder ein anderes elektronisches Bauteil ist im Bereich der Nachleiteinrichtung (20) angeordnet, um eine optimale Kühlung zu erzielen. Der Heizer (16) ist von einem Träger (17) aufgenommen und über Kontakte (50, 51) mit den Gegenkontakten (47) der Motorleiterplatte (43) durch Aufstecken verbunden. Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform ist die Motorleiterplatte (43) des Handhaartrockners (10) als den Motor (18) umgreifender Körper ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise ist die Motorleiterplatte (43) ein Ringkörper. Begrenzungswandungen dieses Ringkörpers (41) dienen als Führungselemente im Zusammenwirken mit benachbarten Teilen des Gehäuses (11, 12).
