[origin: WO8806908A1] This sports equipment is suitable for use during walking and running to maintain physical fitness, because it exerts a counterforce on the arms which automatically swing at the same time, thereby strengthening the musculature of the arms and torso. This is achieved by an extensible ribbon (1) which crosses over at the back part (2a) of a vest (2) where it is held detachably in position and which is fitted with two terminal arm or hand cuffs (4).

Cet accessoire de sport convient pour l'entraînement du corps pendant la marche et la course, étant donné qu'il exerce une force sur les bras en sens contraire au balancement naturel de ceux-ci, renforçant ainsi les muscles des bras et du torse. A cet effet, on utilise une bande extensible (1) fixée en place de manière détachable transversalement sur le dos (2a) d'un gilet (2) et pourvue à ses extrémités de deux manchettes (4) pour les bras et/ou pour les mains.
